Daniel van Sand

Norwegian youngster Daniel Lund Hansen AKA Daniel van Sand, did not come from a particularly musical family. At the age of 9 Daniel discovered electronic music, and began producing not long after, the fact that his creativity manifested itself in music was just a pure fluke.

In the following years he has managed to create a unique and signature sound, which is still evolving, and will keep evolving for many years to come. His sound is a mixture of tech, progressive and uplifting trance with hints of his influences such as, Airbase, Adam K & Soha, Inpetto, Gareth Emery, Cosmic Gate & Andy Moor.

In the year of 2009 Daniel signed his first deal with the massive Australian Trance/Progressive label 405 Recordings. His first few releases will be out in the coming months, so make sure you keep an eye out for the “Lost in Cheeseville EP” and his first single entitled “Anything But You”
